Goal of project: Encouraging universities in developing countries and countries in transition to establish “University IP Coordinators,” the contact person or unit, where management, researchers, academic staff and students can inquire and receive information and advice on IP matters and have access to technological information contained in IP documents, in support of their R&D or teaching activities.
